Flushing Valley Golf Club, (formerly a private country club) is now a semi-private club and retains the feel and layout of an old-school private club; tree-lined fairways, small greens that require a deft touch, a feeling of seclusion once on the property, and scenic views of lush greenery and waterways. Measuring 6,347 yards from the tips and 5,436 from the Forward tees with ratings of 71.5 and 72.9, respectively, Flushing Valley is a true test of golf that plays much longer than the total yardage suggests. The tree-lined fairways and other hazards make hitting driver off the tee a risky decision on most holes.
