The layout plays long—over 7,000 yards from the tips—but remains approachable thanks to generous landing areas and multiple tee decks. Designed to blend challenge with playability, it features strong par 4s framed by natural fescue and greens that are large, fast, and true.
The back nine climbs into higher ground, offering panoramic views of the Horseshoe Valley region. A mix of water hazards, elevation changes, and well-placed bunkers make shot selection key to scoring. The signature hole is the par-3 15th, which plays downhill to a green guarded by both water and wind—one of the most scenic in Simcoe County.
