Designed by golf course architects Bruce Matthews Sr. and his son Jerry Matthews, the once named Edgewood Hills Golf Course opened in 1970, offering 9 championship caliber holes to the public. In 1999 Jerry Matthew returned to design the added expansion turning the course into 18 holes and changing the name to Hidden Oaks Golf Course.
