Westover started life on the drawing board as a private country club, and plenty of golfers say it still plays like a private course. George Fazio designed the 18 holes, with a good mix of hills and hazards. It's in Jeffersonville, privately owned now, and anyone can play it, walking or riding.
The Bar & Grille at Westover sits off the clubhouse lobby, across from the pro shop. It does wings and cheeseburgers, with beer on tap.
