Kimberton was George Fazio's first 18-hole design. It's a par 70 a few minutes out of downtown Phoenixville, and the Maack family has owned and run it since 1962.
The Roundhouse Bar & Grill takes its name from the historic round building just outside its windows. Ben Deluca, a local wood and metal artist, designed and built the bar itself, and the room looks out on the 18th hole.
Each year brings the Phoenixville Open, a Philly Pub Links event, and the Club Championship. Gregg Gipp, a PGA teaching pro, gives lessons, with the range right next door on Ridge Road.
