TeeTime Golf Pass Tip of the Week: The Best Golf Drill Ever

If you struggle with a slice, inconsistent ball striking, or lack of distance, this drill is a game-changer! Darren deMaille from QuickFixGolf.com shares his #1 drill to help you develop a more powerful and controlled swing.

How It Works:

The key is swinging from the inside rather than over the top. To check your swing path, use a simple alignment stick drill:

1️⃣ Set up a station: Place an alignment stick in the ground at an angle, about the height of a water bottle above the ground.
2️⃣ Position the ball: Place it directly underneath the tip of the stick, aligning it with the middle.
3️⃣ Swing underneath the stick: If you’re coming over the top, you’ll hit the stick—your goal is to swing under it to correct your path.

This simple setup helps eliminate slices, improve ball striking, and boost distance—all in one easy-to-practice drill.
