Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. website (https://teetimegolfpass.com) and its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

The person(s) buying a TeeTime Golf Pass or completing a registration represent they are purchasing a subscription to use the TeeTime Golf Pass platform for the purpose of redeeming valid posted golf facility offers in a specific geographic region or regions.

I/we confirm I am/we are familiar with the TeeTime Golf Pass Rules to participate in the program as listed below:

• – Offers may be redeemed by the individual TeeTime Golf Pass Member only.
• – One player per golf pass. TeeTime Golf Pass Membership may not be shared unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms & Conditions of an individual offer.
• – Discounts are valid for pass holders only unless redeemed offer is valid for 2, 3 or 4 players. For these offers, only one passbook is required, unless otherwise stated.
• – Identification (driver’s license or military credentials) may be required to redeem printed course offers or military/hero, senior and junior specials
• – Discount offers are only valid at the dates and times specified.
• – The TeeTime Golf Pass rate may not be combined with any other course special offer, coupon or discount program.
• -Please call in advance for tee times and identify yourself as a TeeTime Golf Pass Member when booking tee times directly with the golf course
• -The TeeTime Golf Pass Member rate is only valid during days and times specified. All day and time restrictions are to be strictly observed and enforced.
• Courses typically offer TeeTime Golf Pass golfers discounts for times that otherwise might go unused. Redeeming offers outside the stated time restrictions may actually cost the course revenue and jeopardize future offers. We kindly request your strict observance of all terms and conditions relating to offers so that we may continue to ensure the best possible discounts for TeeTime Golf Pass golfers.
• -The TeeTime Golf Pass Member rate is not valid on holidays at any location, unless otherwise noted. Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• Discounts are not valid during outings, league play, tournaments or special events.
• -The TeeTime Golf Pass Membership is valid January 1st – December 31st each year purchased
• -The TeeTime Golf Pass rate includes greens fee, cart fee and any applicable taxes at all locations, unless otherwise noted
• -I/we authorize TeeTime Golf Pass to use social media functions such as e-mail, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok to deliver personal messages at my choosing whether a member or not.
• -TeeTime Golf Pass will make available all current facility offers prior to subscription or membership purchase.
• -All TeeTime Golf Pass offers posted through a participating course may be redeemed by mobile or printed ticket provided they are used within the valid parameters of the individual deal. 

2. Promotions

TeeTime Golf Pass may have sales and/or promotions at any time and these restrictions apply to all of sales and/or promotions unless otherwise stated:

• – Valid while supplies last
• – Not valid with any other offers
• – Not available for group pricing
• – Only 1 (one) coupon or promo is applicable and valid for any order (i.e. coupon or promo codes can’t be “stacked”)
• – Any promotional items are final – no returns or exchanges
• – Promotions are valid for new orders only and cannot be applied to previous orders

3. Membership and Subscription

TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. offers an annual golf pass membership (print or digital editions) where members can access discounts on green fees through our subscription service.  By subscribing to our service, you gain access to green fee discounts and related benefits.  The subscription fee is determined by the pricing structure specified on our website.  Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis, and you will be charged automatically upon renewal, unless you cancel your membership.

You will be emailed prior to the subscription being renewed and you can opt-out any time in your account or by emailing us at info (@) teetimegolfpass.com.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you can create an account and you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

5. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your selected membership.  Payment is processed through secure payment gateways, and TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. does not store your payment information.  Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date, but you will be emailed before the date your subscription is renewed to remind you of the upcoming renewal and you can cancel at any time in your account or by emailing us at info (@) teetimegolfpass.com.

6. Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.  No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused membership benefits.

7. Content and Services

TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time without prior notice.  We do not guarantee the availability of specific golf courses, discounts, or services.

Coupons: any coupons offered through TeeTime Golf Pass can only be used once per customer and only one single coupon is applicable at a time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.  You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the information provided on our website.  TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
