Clubhouse Golf Guide was created way back in 1992 to help promote our partner courses.

We brought it back in 2022 as a complement to the TeeTime Golf Pass website. It offers an exclusive opportunity limited to 25 golf courses to be featured and shared with a huge golfing audience including TeeTime Golf Pass and our partners.

Every featured course story will be available permanently on our official TeeTime Golf Pass Clubhouse Golf Guide website blog and promoted via email blasts, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn posts.

In addition to the benefits mentioned above,
every featured course will receive the following:

• Special Feature Course Designation highlighted in passbook.

• One complimentary dedicated regional email to strategically designated surrounding local and regional areas.

• Promotional material distributed at regional golf shows. Course provides materials (i.e., brochures, flyers, etc.)

TeeTime Golf Pass exhibits at over 12 golf shows on an annual basis throughout our 14 states. The golf show partnership is a great opportunity for golf courses to get exposure to thousands of area golfers without the costs and hassles of having to attend and exhibit at the golf shows themselves.

Courses can provide TeeTime Golf Pass their printed brochure material and TeeTime will distribute the brochure, free of charge, inside the bags with every book purchased.

Our programs run on the calendar year, Jan 1 – Dec 31st.  However, we finalize our deals in the fall to get them ready for the holiday season.

We visit with each course and review the previous year’s results, and work with you to tweak, improve and optimize the program to maximize it for your goals.  

TeeTime Golf Pass is a marketing partner for all our golf courses.  We design programs customized for you to target tee times you’d like to fill with mostly golfers that travel from outside your typical area to visit your course.

You remain in control of the days/times you offer, customers book directly with you, so you maintain your own tee sheet and you keep 100% of the revenue.

There is no charge to golf courses for partnering with TeeTime Golf Pass.

We don’t do barters, trades or require anything in return for listing on TeeTime Golf Pass.
