Jack Beiser owned Jonathan's Landing and designed it himself, and his favorite was No. 3, which will always be known as "Jack's Hole." It opened in 1996.
It's a links-style course just south of Dover, with rolling greens and windswept views. The front nine has plenty of water and is the slightly longer side. After the turn the greens get more undulating, and on a few target holes you may not need a driver.
