Westminster's holes travel around eight lakes, but the landing areas are generous. The challenge comes from where the water sits, plus the sand bunkers.
Ted McAnlis designed the course, which sits inside the Westminster Golf Community. It's privately owned but run as a public course, and it's open year round. Weekly leagues cover men, women and couples. After a round, the Westminster Bar & Grille has patio seating and views over the course.
The practice range is all grass, with eight target greens at different distances. Beside the chipping green there are hills, so you can practice with the ball above or below your feet and from uphill and downhill lies, and there's a large bunker for sand shots.
Find the deals near you, plus GPS and a scorecard at 40,000+ courses.
