From the tee on No. 10 at Bluff Creek, you can see downtown Indianapolis. Then you hit blind to a green 70 feet below. It's a short par 3 that plays roughly 25 yards shorter than the card says, and if you come up short you might never see that ball again.
No houses line the fairways here. The course spreads over 171 acres in Greenwood, surrounded by woods, and most tee shots have room, though heather, ponds and trees wait for the ones that stray.
The bentgrass greens carry a fair bit of slope, so check the flag color on your approach: red for a front pin, white for the middle, blue for the back.
Finish up on the expanded deck, which takes in downtown and plenty of the course.
