Tim Liddy designed The Links as a Scottish links-style course at the Rising Star resort on the Ohio River in Rising Sun. Bent grass fairways and greens roll past heather rough, winding lakes and long waste bunkers, and plenty of holes look out across the Ohio River Valley.
Expanded tee boxes let you pick your length, from 5,600 yards up front to over 6,800 from the tips.
Off the course there's a stocked pro shop, a locker room with showers, a snack bar and a big covered patio. The hotel puts together golf packages, and some of its rooms look out on the Links. Men need shirts with collars and sleeves, and cutoffs stay in the car.
Find the deals near you, plus GPS and a scorecard at 40,000+ courses.
Same pass, more courses close by.
