Longview's 17th is a downhill par 3 that's all carry over a pond, and there isn't much room to bail out.
Earlier on the back nine, the par 5 11th wants a drive that stops where the fairway ends, before the ground drops over the hill to a creek. Longer hitters can go for the uphill green with their second shot. A large pine guards its right side, and a pot bunker sits left.
Elsewhere the Georgetown course is gentle, with ryegrass fairways and fairly flat bentgrass greens. There's a 10-station range, and the clubhouse has a snack bar.
Stay & Play units sit next to the first tee, and the upstairs balconies face the vineyards or the course.
