The golf course belongs to Barren River Lake State Resort Park, set in hilly woodland around a 10,000-acre lake. It's an 18-hole par 72 at 6,516 yards from the tips, with water in play and real changes in elevation.
In 2025 the park converted the putting surfaces to ultradwarf bermuda grass, so the greens roll smoother, faster and more consistently.
The pro shop has riding carts and rental clubs. Food, drinks and snacks are on sale at the course. A paved 2.5-mile bike and hike loop starts at the golf course entrance, and the park sells overnight golf packages if you'd like to stay in one of its cottages.
Find the deals near you, plus GPS and a scorecard at 40,000+ courses.
