Ledge Meadows started life as Troy Hills, a nine-hole course James Troy built. A Lansing businessman bought it in 1979 and gave it the name it has today.
Scott Kelly and Harold Weeks took over in 1984 and went straight to work on 18 holes. They built it in three phases. Nine new holes came in 1990, and the layout you play now was finished in 2001.
It sits a little west of Lansing and Grand Ledge. Some holes push you, some give you a breather.
The Pin Point Practice Facility has nine watered bent grass target greens, and the yardages get changed and posted every week. The Thursday Scramble is the oldest league here.
