Mud Run details

Welcome to the area’s best-kept golf secret — Mud Run Golf Course & Driving Range. This 9-hole gem was designed by Craig Schreiner, ASGCA, and has been referred to as a slice of North Carolina “low country” golf. The par-34 golf course has five (5) sets of tees that can accommodate golfers from beginners to the most skilled players. The 9-hole golf course sits on 85 acres, surrounded by wetlands and woods. Mud Run’s practice facility includes one of Akron’s best driving range and two (2) practice putting/chipping greens. Also on property is a covered pavilion for golf outings and a beautiful 4,000 square foot clubhouse which houses a snack bar and golf shop. Electric carts and pull carts are available.
