The middle of the front nine is the part to look forward to on Thunderbird Hills South. Those holes sit up above the Huron River, so you're looking down on the water as you play.
Bruce Palmer designed and built the South, which opened in 1995 as the more modern of the two courses here. Where the North is tree lined with small greens, the South has bigger, more rolling greens, with bent grass on the tees and fairways.
The range is right across the road. It's family owned, managed by KemperSports, and less than ten minutes from Cedar Point.
