Simoro Golf Links rolls over hills and past wetlands, and the club says its trees are spectacular come fall.
It's a public course minutes from downtown Barrie. Leagues play Monday through Friday, and Sunday is family golf night, a weekly chance to get the kids out with you. It hosts outings too, from a small nine and dine to an 18 hole fundraiser.
Simoro has been in the Sherlock family since 1998, and they run it themselves. It has a relaxed, laid back feel.
