The Greens at Renton Golf Course Details

The first clubhouse here was the old post office from the village of Renton, and horses pulled it out to the course. That was the Nanticoke Golf Club, a Rene Muylaert design that opened in 1977.

The superintendent, Dave Wray, laid out another nine in 1999, and in 2000 it opened as The Greens at Renton, a 27 hole facility. They're three separate nines, the Red, the Blue and the Green, and each one is a par 36.

Since the fall of 2020 it doesn't close for winter. Multi sport simulators and a heated indoor practice area keep people swinging, and leagues run for men, women and seniors. The Greens Bistro serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to anyone who walks in, golf or no golf.
