James Blaukovitch designed Whitetail, and it opened as a public club in Bath in 1993. From the blue tees it plays to a par 72 at 6,432 yards. The course's own card rates No. 15 its toughest, a 458-yard par 4 from the blues. No. 8 is a par 5 of 602 yards, and No. 3 is a par 3 of just 106. PGA professionals give private lessons, plus on-course lessons for up to 4 golfers at a time. An indoor OptiShot 2 simulator handles range work or 9 or 18 holes.
