Aubrey's Dubbs Dred has a split personality. The front winds through a housing community with a single par 3 and a single par 5, and it's a friendly way to start.
Then you reach the Dred. The back nine squeezes in three par 3s and two par 5s, and it asks a lot more. How do you beat it? The club's tip: sometimes keep the driver in the bag, and come back more than once a year.
It's been family owned and run since 1964. Night golf means the course lit up and fireworks going off.
Leagues run for ladies, couples, juniors and a flighted men's group, and the back room, bar and balcony host showers and parties.
