Located just outside of Arcanum, Beechwood Golf Course proudly holds the title of the being the only 27-hole golf course in Darke County. The holes are played in three different 18-hole combinations with each nine featuring their own distinct challenges.Woodland, as the name suggests, is a tree lined course that contains two long par 5’s and a tough ending par 3. Creekside is known for the dog-leg left 11th hole along with the challenging stretch of 14, 15, and 16. Lakeview is the newest of the three nines, added in 1997 almost 10 years after the original golf course. This nine continues the challenges with forced carries over water on the second and third holes. The 9th hole makes for a tough finish with the long dog-leg left par 5.
