The last shot of the day at Flying Hills goes over the lake. No. 18 is a par 3 of 170 yards from the blue tees, and Bill Reppert has aced it.
The course winds through the Flying Hills neighborhood in southern Berks County, and it first opened in 1971. It's a public course, so you don't have to live there to tee it up.
There's a local rule worth knowing, too. On No. 3, a ball that hits the power lines can be replayed if you choose.
Leagues run from mixed couples to ladies, and the Raindancers League takes any golfer.
