What is the TeeTime Golf Pass Flex League?
A 6-week competition where players compete in 9-hole rounds on TrackMan simulators, with a leaderboard tracking scores and prizes awarded weekly and at the end of the season.
When does the league start and end?
The league runs from March 10 – April 20, 2025.
How much does it cost to play?
- $60 entry fee (paid upon registration)
- TrackMan simulator time is approximately $30 per hour (varies by location). To find a Trackman facility, please visit the Trackman Locator.
- Discounted rates available at select locations
Where can I play?
You can play at any facility with a TrackMan simulator. We have negotiated rates at certain locations, which will be shared after registration. You can find a Trackman location here.
Can I use my home TrackMan simulator?
Yes! If you own a TrackMan simulator at home, you can still participate.
What if I miss a week?
Players must complete at least one 9-hole round per week to be eligible for weekly prizes. However, you may play ahead to accommodate scheduling or travel plans.
How do I submit my scores?
Scores are automatically recorded in the TrackMan League system, and you’ll receive a weekly leaderboard update.
What courses will we play?
Each week will feature a pre-selected course, chosen for competitive balance and fun gameplay. Courses include PGA National, Bethpage Black, Pebble Beach, Valhalla, Muirfield Village, and Pinehurst #2.
How do I register?
Simply fill out the form on the registration page, submit your payment, and wait for your TrackMan league invite (sent within 48 hours).
How does the prize pool work?
- A portion of the prize pool is awarded each week to the Top 3 Weekly Scores and Closest to the Pin Winners.
- A large share of the prize pool is reserved for top overall performers at the end of the league, with the grand prize starting at $250 and increasing with participation.
- The overall league winner will receive a Precision Pro TITAN Slope Range Finder, valued at $399, in addition to cash prizes from the league’s prize pool.
- The more players that sign up, the bigger the prize pool!
- Prizes are funded through 50% of the total entry fees, ensuring a strong payout structure while keeping the competition fun and rewarding.
