TeeTime Golf Pass Indoor Flex League Official Rules
League Format:
- The league runs for 6 weeks (March 10 – April 20, 2025).
- Players must complete one 9-hole round per week to remain eligible for prizes.
- Play is only valid at TrackMan-equipped facilities or via an at-home TrackMan simulator. To find a Trackman facility, please visit the Trackman Locator.
Registration Fees:
- A $60 entry fee is required to join.
- TrackMan time costs approximately $30 per hour (varies by location). It should only take 30 mins to complete the 9-holes.
Weekly Play Requirements:
- Players must complete at least one 9-hole round per week to qualify for weekly prizes.
- Weeks run Monday morning at 12:00AM to Sunday night at 11.59PM, with results published every Monday.
- Players may play ahead if needed to accommodate scheduling or travel.
- Tee times must be scheduled directly with the local facility.
Scoring Format Course Conditions:
- The Stableford Points System (NET scores per hole) will be used:
- Double Bogey or Higher: 0 Points
- Bogey: 1 Point
- Par: 2 Points
- Birdie: 3 Points
- Eagle: 4 Points
- Double Eagle: 5 Points
- Course Conditions:
- No Mulligans
- Auto-Fixed Putting:
- Inside 10 ft: 1 putt
- 10-65 ft: 2 putts
- 65+ ft: 3 putts
Overall Winner Determination:
- The overall league winner will be determined based on the top 4 Stableford scores from the last 5 weeks.
- Each player’s lowest score will be dropped.
Prize Pool Distribution:
- A portion of the prize pool is awarded each week to the Top 3 Weekly Scores and Closest to the Pin Winners.
- A large share of the prize pool is reserved for top overall performers at the end of the league, with the grand prize starting at $250 and increasing with participation.
- The overall league winner will receive a Precision Pro TITAN Slope Range Finder, valued at $399, in addition to cash prizes from the league’s prize pool.
- The more players that sign up, the bigger the prize pool!
- Prizes are funded through 50% of the total entry fees, ensuring a strong payout structure while keeping the competition fun and rewarding.
Conduct Fair Play:
- All rounds must be played honestly and in good faith.
- No external aids or software modifications are allowed.
- Any suspected cheating or rule violations may result in disqualification.
Cancellations Refunds:
- Entry fees are non-refundable unless the league is canceled by the organizers.
- Players unable to participate for any reason will forfeit their entry fee.
