Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using TeeTime Golf Pass services. By accessing or using the TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. website (https://teetimegolfpass.com ) and our mobile applications on iOS and Android (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Agreement to Terms and Membership Rules

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a TeeTime Golf Pass membership or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you download our mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must also comply with any applicable app store terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. (“TeeTime Golf Pass,” “we,” or “us”).

Membership Purpose: TeeTime Golf Pass provides an annual subscription service that offers golf discounts in specific regions. The membership may be in the form of a Print Edition (physical passbook) or Digital Edition (accessed via our mobile apps). The golf pass entitles you, as the individual member, to redeem valid golf course offers and discounts at participating facilities as described on our platform.

Membership Usage Rules: By using the TeeTime Golf Pass, you agree to the following rules and guidelines for redeeming golf offers:

  • Personal Use Only: Membership benefits are for the individual TeeTime Golf Pass member’s use only. Each membership or golf pass may be used by one person and is not to be shared, unless an offer explicitly allows sharing or multiple players. (In general, one player per pass is the rule unless stated otherwise in an offer’s special terms.)
  • Applicable Players: Discounts apply only to the pass holder, unless an offer specifies it’s valid for 2, 3, or 4 players. In those special cases, only one pass may be required per group as indicated by the offer’s terms.
  • Identification: You may be required to show valid identification (such as a driver’s license, military ID, senior ID, etc.) when redeeming offers—especially for printed coupons or special category deals (e.g., military/hero, senior, junior discounts).
  • Valid Times and Restrictions: All discount offers are only valid on the dates and times specified for that offer. TeeTime Golf Pass rates must be used within the designated days/times and cannot be used outside of those parameters. Holiday blackout dates and other restrictions will be noted in the offer details. (Holidays generally include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, unless stated otherwise for a particular course.)
  • No Combining Offers: A TeeTime Golf Pass discount cannot be combined with any other special offer, coupon, promotion, or discount program offered by the golf course. The golf pass rate is standalone and may not be stacked with other deals.
  • Advance Tee Time Booking: When using a discount, you should call the golf course in advance to book a tee time and identify yourself as a TeeTime Golf Pass member. This ensures the course knows you will be using a pass discount upon arrival.
  • Observe All Restrictions: Strictly follow any day/time restrictions or special instructions associated with an offer. Attempting to redeem offers outside of allowed times (for example, trying to use a weekday-only coupon on a weekend) can harm relationships with courses and jeopardize future participation in the program. Please respect the terms so we can continue to provide great discounts.
  • Exclusions: TeeTime Golf Pass member rates are not valid on holidays (except where a course explicitly permits it) and not valid during special events such as outings, league play, tournaments, or other group events at the course, unless specifically stated by the course.
  • Validity Period: Each membership or golf pass purchased through our website is valid from January 1st through December 31st of the year of purchase, regardless of when during the year it was purchased. All membership or golf pass subscriptions made via an in-app purchase through Apple or Google are annual subscriptions that are valid for 1 year from the purchase date, and automatically renew on the following 1 year anniversary unless its cancelled by the user. Users can cancel the renewal at any time through their Apple or Google account. All discounts and offers reset on January 1st and can also change throughout the year.
  • Included Fees: Unless otherwise noted, the TeeTime Golf Pass discounted rate at a course includes greens fees, cart fees, and any applicable taxes. (If a course’s offer has different terms, those will be stated with the offer.)
  • Communication Consent: You authorize TeeTime Golf Pass to use email, social media or communication functions (such as referral emails or social sharing features on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) to send messages that you initiate. We will only send such messages at your request (for example, if you choose to share a deal with a friend), whether or not you are currently a member.
  • Offer Availability: We guarantee that all current golf facility offers and discounts available through TeeTime Golf Pass will be made visible to you before you purchase a subscription or membership. You will know what deals you are buying access to in your region.
  • Redemption Method: All TeeTime Golf Pass offers from participating courses can be redeemed either by showing the offer on your mobile app or by presenting your print golf pass , as long as redemption is within the valid terms of the deal. Digital members should ensure they have access to the mobile app to redeem offers on-site, or print the specific offer confirmation if required by the course.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you understand and will adhere to all the above membership rules. Violating these rules may result in loss of membership privileges without refund.

2. Communications and Email Consent

By signing up for a membership or purchasing a TeeTime Golf Pass, you agree to receive emails from us, including but not limited to transactional emails (purchase confirmations, renewal reminders, and account updates), service-related messages, and marketing emails about exclusive offers, promotions, and company updates.

  • Opting Out: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email we send or by contacting us at info (at) teetimegolfpass.com.
  • Essential Communications: Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you essential account-related communications, such as order confirmations, renewal notices, and security alerts.
  • Privacy: We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your email address with third-party marketers. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Promotions and Coupons

From time to time, TeeTime Golf Pass may offer special promotions, sales, or coupon codes. All such promotions are subject to the following conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular promotion:

  • Limited Availability: Promotions are valid only while supplies last or during the stated promotional period. We reserve the right to end promotions early.
  • No Combination: Promotional discounts, coupon codes, or offers cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Only one promotion or coupon can be applied per order or purchase. (Coupon codes cannot be “stacked.”)
  • No Group Pricing: Promotions are intended for individual purchases and are not valid for group or bulk orders unless specifically allowed.
  • One per Order: Only one coupon or promo code is applicable per order. Multiple codes or offers cannot be applied to the same purchase.
  • Final Sale on Promo Items: Any free or discounted items received as part of a promotion (for example, a free gift with purchase) are provided “as is” and are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or cash.
  • New Orders Only: Promotions apply only to new purchases made during the promotional period. They cannot be retroactively applied to prior orders or subscriptions you placed before the promo began.
  • Terms Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. If a promotion has its own additional terms or exceptions, those will be communicated with the promotion details.

4. Membership and Subscription Terms

TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. offers an annual subscription membership that provides access to discounted green fees and other golf deals at participating courses. By subscribing, you receive either a print passbook or digital access via our app that unlocks these exclusive deals.

  • Subscription Term: Annual Membership – All memberships purchased through our website are based on a 12 month calendar basis (January 1 through December 31, as noted above). If you join mid-year, your membership still expires on December 31 of that calendar year unless otherwise specified. All memberships or golf passes purchased via our app through an in-app purchase are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and auto-renew on the 1 year anniversary date (see below).
  • Auto-Renewal: Your TeeTime Golf Pass subscription purchased via our app through an in-app purchase is an auto-renewing annual subscription. This means that each year, on the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew for the next year at the then-current renewal rate, unless you cancel beforehand in your Apple or Google account. You will be notified in advance of any upcoming renewal, including any changes in price or terms for the new period.
  • Pricing: The subscription fee for the membership is as listed on our website or app at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary by region or edition (print vs. digital). All prices are shown in the applicable currency and may not include taxes until checkout.
  • Consent to Auto-Charge: By subscribing, you authorize TeeTime Golf Pass (or the applicable app store billing service, if you subscribed via mobile app) to charge your chosen payment method for the initial term and again at each renewal term unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
  • Changing Subscription: We reserve the right to adjust our subscription plans and pricing. However, we will always inform you of any price change with enough advance notice, and changes will only apply to subsequent billing cycles. If the pricing for your next renewal increases, we will let you know beforehand so you can decide whether to continue your membership.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use our digital services (such as accessing the mobile app deals or managing your membership online), you will need to create a TeeTime Golf Pass account.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during the sign-up/registration process and to keep this information updated (e.g., if you change your email address, phone number, etc.). This ensures we can contact you with important account notices and that your membership is set up correctly.
  • Login Credentials: When you register, you will set up login credentials (such as a username and password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for restricting access to your account. Do not share your password or account access with others.
  • Responsibility for Account Use: You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. If someone else uses your account (with or without your permission), you assume responsibility for their actions on the account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach (e.g., your password is stolen or account accessed without permission), you must notify us immediately at info (at) teetimegolfpass.com. We may ask you to promptly change your password and take other steps to secure your account.
  • One Account per User: You should register only one account in your name. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts that we suspect are duplicate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
  • Age Requirement: The TeeTime Golf Pass Services are intended for users who are at least the age of majority in their province/state of residence (typically 18 years or older). If you are a minor, you may use the Services only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13; see our Privacy Policy for more details.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms (for example, by sharing your login, providing false information, or engaging in prohibited conduct), or for security reasons. We may also reclaim usernames that are inactive or appear to impersonate someone else or violate intellectual property rights.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use Policy

When using TeeTime Golf Pass Services (including our website and mobile apps), you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and abide by the following acceptable use policies:

  • Lawful Use: You will use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website or app to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity. This includes refraining from harassing others, posting or transmitting illegal content, or violating any local, provincial/state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • No Unauthorized Access: You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services. This means you will not attempt to hack, mine data from, gain unauthorized access to, or impair any aspect of the website, mobile applications, servers, or networks. Any attempt to circumvent security features or to use the Services in a manner not expressly permitted by these Terms is strictly prohibited.
  • Personal Use License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to user our print golf pass and/or install and use our mobile applications on your personal device solely for purposes of accessing the TeeTime Golf Pass Services. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our print books, software or apps. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our software is expressly forbidden, except to the extent that such activity is permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  • Prohibited Content: When interacting with our Services (for example, if there are any forums, reviews, or social features), you may not post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, promotes hatred or violence, or is otherwise objectionable. We may remove or restrict access to any such content and may report it to appropriate authorities if it violates the law.
  • No Commercial Exploitation: The TeeTime Golf Pass is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the offers or any part of our platform to run a business, resell memberships or offers, or generally for commercial gain without our explicit permission. Any attempt to collect data (e.g., using bots, scrapers, or automated means) or to use our course deals for a commercial purpose is prohibited.
  • Respect Intellectual Property: You will respect our intellectual property rights and those of third parties. Do not upload or share content you don’t have the right to use. (See Intellectual Property section below for more details.)
  • No Impersonation or Unauthorized Representation: Do not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity when using our Services. You must not imply that you are an agent or representative of TeeTime Golf Pass or attempt to collect information or payments from other users under false pretenses.
  • Consequences of Misuse: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, cancellation of your membership without refund, and/or legal action if warranted. We reserve the right to investigate any misuse of our Services and to cooperate with law enforcement in such matters.

By following these rules of conduct, you help ensure that TeeTime Golf Pass remains a positive and safe platform for all users.

6. Payment and Billing

By purchasing a TeeTime Golf Pass (whether a physical pass or digital subscription), you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods for membership purchases (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other methods as offered on our site or apps). For online purchases through our website, payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. does not store your full credit card details on our servers; payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
  • Billing Authorization: By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and you authorize us (or the third-party payment processor or app store, as applicable) to charge the full subscription price to that payment method.
  • Timing of Charges: If you purchase a membership on our website, your card will be charged at the time of checkout for the initial annual subscription fee (or for whatever purchase you are making). For subsequent annual renewals, the charge will occur on or just before the renewal date (each year), unless you have cancelled the subscription in advance (see Section 8: Cancellation).
  • Auto-Renewal Billing: As noted, subscriptions are auto-renewing. This means you will be automatically charged for the next subscription term at the end of the current term. The renewal charge will use the same payment method you provided, unless you update your payment info or cancel prior to the renewal. You will receive a reminder before charging for renewal, including instructions on how to cancel if you choose to do so.
  • Price Changes: If the subscription price has changed from the time of your last purchase, we will notify you in advance (generally via the email on your account) before the new price is applied at renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal charge. Continuing to use the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
  • Taxes: Stated prices for the TeeTime Golf Pass may not include sales tax, VAT, or other governmental charges. If any such taxes apply, they will be added at checkout in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with your purchase.
  • Failed Charges: If your payment method on file is declined or fails at the time of renewal, we may attempt to re-charge it or contact you to update your billing information. If we cannot process payment and you do not provide a new payment method, we may cancel your renewal (meaning your membership would lapse at the end of the current paid term). It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up-to-date to maintain uninterrupted membership access.

7. In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (Apple App Store & Google Play)

TeeTime Golf Pass offers mobile applications on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). If you download and subscribe through our mobile apps, the following additional terms apply for in-app purchases and subscriptions:

  • App Store Billing: When you subscribe or make an in-app purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the payment is processed by Apple or Google (not by TeeTime Golf Pass directly). Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for the purchase. You must abide by Apple’s App Store terms or Google Play’s terms regarding billing and in-app purchases.
  • Auto-Renewal Through App Stores: In-app subscriptions are also auto-renewing. Apple App Store: Your subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period for the next period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior. Google Play Store: Similarly, your Google Play account will be charged on the renewal date, and the subscription will renew unless you cancel in advance. The length of the subscription (e.g., annual) and the price are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
  • Managing Subscription on iOS: If you subscribed via an iPhone/iPad, you can manage or cancel the subscription in your device’s Settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions to view or cancel your TeeTime Golf Pass subscription. You can also cancel via the App Store app under your account subscriptions. Please note: Apple’s policies state that no cancellation of the current subscription period is allowed – once a period is active, it will run until its end. Turning off auto-renew will prevent the next charge.
  • Managing Subscription on Android: If you subscribed via Google Play (Android), manage your membership through the Google Play Store app or website under your account’s Subscriptions section. You can cancel the auto-renewal so that it will not charge for the next period. As with Apple, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period and you will retain access until then.
  • No Partial Refunds via App Stores: In-app purchases are generally non-refundable by TeeTime Golf Pass, as the transaction is controlled by Apple or Google. Deleting the mobile app does NOT cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel, you must do so through the Apple or Google subscription settings as described. If you delete the app without cancelling, you will still be billed by Apple/Google because the subscription remains active until cancelled. We are not able to cancel or provide refunds for in-app subscriptions on your behalf; you must follow the proper procedures through the platform provider.
  • Free Trials (if offered): If a free trial is offered for an in-app subscription, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. The subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. We will indicate the length of any trial and the price that will be charged after the trial in the app at sign-up.
  • Platform Policies: Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to Apple’s and Google’s own terms and conditions. In case of any conflict between those policies and ours in regards to billing or cancellations, the App Store/Play Store policies will govern for the transactions made on their platforms. Be sure to review the App Store or Google Play refund and cancellation policies as well.

8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Subscription Management

We want you to be satisfied with your TeeTime Golf Pass experience. However, if you need to cancel your membership or request a refund, the following terms apply:

  • Cancelling Your Membership: You may cancel your TeeTime Golf Pass subscription at any time. Cancellation means that your subscription will not auto-renew for the next period. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current paid term, after which the membership will expire.
    • If Purchased a print edition: you don’t need to do anything as your membership will not auto-renew.
    • If Purchased a digital edition via Website (Direct): Your membership will not auto-renew.
    • If Purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play: As noted in Section 7, you must cancel through your Apple or Google account settings. We cannot cancel these subscriptions for you. Follow the instructions for your device (Apple ID settings or Google Play subscriptions page) to turn off auto-renew. It is your responsibility to manage the subscription through those platforms.
  • Effective Date of Cancellation via Website (Direct): Your subscription remains active until the end the year, you will keep your member benefits until December 31 (if that is your cycle end), but it will not renew for the next year. No new charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Effective Date of Cancellation via In-App Purchase: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle or term that you’ve already paid for. For example, if you bought an annual pass and cancel halfway through the year, you will keep your member benefits until the 1 year anniversary of your purchase date (if that is your cycle end), but it will not renew for the next year. No new charges will be made after cancellation (assuming it was done properly before the auto-renew date).
  • No Refunds for Partial Periods: In general, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used membership period or unused months within your subscription. Once a subscription period has started and been paid for, you will retain access for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a prorated refund if you decide to stop using the service before the period ends.
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Direct Purchases): Notwithstanding the above, we offer a one-time 30-day money-back guarantee for new memberships purchased directly through our website, via in-app purchase or authorized retailers. If you are a new customer and you are not completely satisfied with your TeeTime Golf Pass, and have not used any of the golf offers, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
    • To claim this refund, you must contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase. If you have a Print Edition, you will be asked to return the physical passbook (unused) to us. If you have a Digital Edition (direct purchase for app access), we will verify that your account has not redeemed any offers, and may require the email associated with your account to process the refund. Once we confirm eligibility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. This 30-day guarantee is designed to ensure your satisfaction and is hassle-free if you meet the criteria.
    • Important: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time memberships that are unused. If you have renewed your membership or used any of the discounts, this guarantee would not apply. Also, if you purchased via the App Store or Google Play, the refund must be requested through Apple or Google (see below).
  • In-App Purchase Refunds: For subscriptions or purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are governed by those platforms’ policies. TeeTime Golf Pass is unable to directly process refunds for in-app transactions. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a mobile in-app subscription (for example, if you were charged in error), you will need to request a refund through Apple Support or Google Play Support. They have their own review process for in-app purchase refunds. We can provide assistance or documentation if needed for your claim, but we cannot guarantee any refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
  • Service Cancellations by Us: If we terminate or discontinue the TeeTime Golf Pass service entirely, no refunds for any remaining portion of your paid membership will be offered, and all renewals will be cancelled. We will notify you at the email on file with information about such events, should they occur.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Once your membership is cancelled and reaches its end date, you will lose access to member-only features: you will no longer be able to redeem offers through the app or use the pass at courses. If you wish to regain access, you would need to re-subscribe as a new member (subject to any new terms or pricing at that time).

9. Content and Service Availability

TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. This includes the availability of specific golf course offers, features of the mobile application, or any content on our website.

  • No Guarantee of Specific Offers: While we work closely with golf courses to maintain up-to-date and available discounts, we do not guarantee that any particular golf course or deal will remain available throughout your membership term. Courses may cease participation, change their offers, or close for business. We will update our listings as soon as possible, but the lineup of available deals is subject to change.
  • Service Downtime: There may be occasions when the website or mobile app is unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We strive for high availability, but we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You acknowledge that occasional downtime or errors may occur.
  • Service Modifications: We may update the mobile applications or website, which could require you to install updates on your device to continue using the app. We may add, alter, or remove functionality at our discretion. Any new or modified features that enhance or change the current Services are subject to these Terms as well.
  • User Data and Backup: It is your responsibility to keep backup records (such as confirmation emails of purchases or screenshots of your membership ID) if needed. While we maintain databases for memberships, we are not liable for any data loss or failure to store or retrieve any data or settings in the app or website.
  • Geographic Availability: TeeTime Golf Pass is intended for use in the regions where we offer golf deals (primarily within the United States and Canada). We make no representation that the Services are available or appropriate in other locations. If you choose to access the Services from outside these regions, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the TeeTime Golf Pass website and mobile applications—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout—are the exclusive property of TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian, U.S., and international intellectual property laws.

  • Trademarks: “TeeTime Golf Pass,” our logos, and any other product or service name or slogan displayed on our site or apps are trademarks of TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. (and/or its affiliates or partners). You are not permitted to use these trademarks without our prior written consent. All other trademarks and logos that appear in the Services (for example, golf course names or logos) are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
  • Copyright: The compilation of all content on the Services is our exclusive property and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any part of the Services’ content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law or as part of normal use of the Services (e.g., temporarily downloading the app onto your device as permitted).
  • License to You: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the TeeTime Golf Pass Services and content. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our content, any collection or use of listings or descriptions of golf deals for commercial purposes, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not download (other than page caching or the mobile app itself) or modify any portion of the Services without express written consent from us.
  • Mobile App Software: The software and code that operate our mobile applications are licensed, not sold, to you. We retain all rights to the software. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the app software, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law).
  • User Feedback: If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us (for example, improvements to the app or new feature ideas), you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. We have no obligation to keep your feedback confidential or to respond to it. Any feedback you give is irrevocably assigned to TeeTime Golf Pass to use at our discretion.

We do not have control over those websites or resources, and your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any content, information, products, or services available on external sites.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Some features of our Service may rely on third-party components (for example, using Apple’s in-app purchase system, or a mapping service to show course locations). While we select reputable providers, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance or availability of services provided by third parties.
  • Not Responsible for Third-Party Failures: You agree that TeeTime Golf Pass is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party websites or services. If you encounter an issue (for instance, a broken link, or a problem with a purchase through Apple/Google, or a dispute with a golf course or other partner), you must address that issue with the party that operates the service or site in question.
  • App Stores: Specifically, the mobile applications are made available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which are third-party services. Your download and use of the app must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service, respectively. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no responsibility for any support, maintenance, or warranty regarding our app beyond what is provided under their policies or required by law.
  • Third-Party Beneficiaries (Apple): You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the purpose of the mobile app on iOS. This means that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. (Similarly, where applicable, Google and its affiliates shall be considered third-party beneficiaries in context of the Android app.)
  • Course Partners: The golf discounts and offers are provided by independent golf courses and businesses. TeeTime Golf Pass facilitates these offers but does not own or operate the golf courses. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of service at any third-party golf course. Any issues or disputes relating to your actual golf experience (tee time availability, course conditions, staff interactions, etc.) should be resolved with the respective course. However, please inform us if a course is not honoring an advertised deal so we can address it from our end as well.

In summary, when you access third-party content or services through TeeTime Golf Pass, you do so at your own risk, and you should read and understand the terms and policies of those third parties. We want you to have a smooth experience, so we welcome feedback if any third-party integration isn’t working as expected, but we must clarify that those elements are outside of our direct control.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Use at Your Own Risk: TeeTime Golf Pass and all services, content, and memberships provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. disclaims all warranties express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Services, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or requirements, or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • No Warranty on Results or Availability: While we strive to provide valuable golf discounts and a reliable platform, we make no guarantee that you will always be able to access a tee time at a discounted rate, or that every offer will be available at all times. Course participation and offers can change. You assume the risk that on any given day, a particular deal might not be available or a course might be fully booked or closed.
  • Service Errors: We do not warrant that any errors or defects in the Services will be corrected promptly, though we endeavor to fix issues that arise. We also do not warrant that the content presented (including course information or pricing) is free from mistakes, though we aim for accuracy and will correct known errors in a timely manner.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access/use) the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party using or involving the Services (such as a golf course failing to honor an offer, or issues with third-party platforms); (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the Services. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Direct Damages Cap: In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for your TeeTime Golf Pass membership in the current term. In other words, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the subscription fees you’ve paid to us for that year’s membership.
  • Third-Party Actions: TeeTime Golf Pass is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third parties, including the golf courses that provide the deals or the platforms that distribute our app. For example, we are not liable if a golf course refuses to honor a discount due to the user’s failure to follow the stated conditions, or if an app store has an outage that affects your ability to use the mobile app.
  • No Liability for Data Loss or Security Breaches: You agree that we have no liability for any loss or disclosure of data or content you provide through the Services due to unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking), except to the extent required by law. While we take reasonable security measures, no system is perfectly secure.
  • Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations/exclusion of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, some of the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights. However, in all cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeeTime Golf Pass Inc. and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of the Services, or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

By using the Services, you understand and agree that you are using them at your sole risk. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of TeeTime Golf Pass or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Services and (if applicable) cancel your membership.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to them or the use of the Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using the Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any legal disputes. If you reside outside of Canada, you acknowledge and agree that you could be subject to jurisdiction in Ontario for such disputes.

International Use: We make no representations that the Services content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Canada or the United States. Those who choose to access the Services from other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

(If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in this Governing Law section affects any rights you have under those mandatory provisions—however, by this agreement, you still consent to jurisdiction in Ontario to the extent permitted.)
