Riverview's No. 15 is a double dogleg, and the club warns it can sink an otherwise good round.
Ed Gintert Sr. founded the course in 1962. It sits between Newton Falls and Warren, less than an hour by turnpike from Cleveland or Pittsburgh. There are four sets of tees. For beginners, juniors and seniors, the club suggests the Executive Course, which has its own markers where each fairway begins.
Grab food and a drink at the clubhouse on your way out or at the turn. There's league play every weekday, a skins game on weekends, and the club holds its own Ryder Cup, the Red Team against the Blue Team.
