There are only two par fives at Windmill Lakes. Keep the driver in the fairway, trust your long irons, and expect big greens with plenty of movement in them.
The course sits in Ravenna, roughly 45 minutes from Cleveland. It opened in 1970 and has a long tournament history. Kent State's men's and women's teams play it as their home course. The Mid-American Conference brought its men's championship here in 1984 and again in 1993, and the Northern Ohio Golf Association holds its Northeast Ohio Amateur Championship here now.
The range tee is a huge sheet of bent grass, with TrackMan for lessons and club fittings. From the dining room you look out over the 9th and 18th holes.
