Nine holes and par 30 make this a quick loop after work. The City of Portsmouth runs the Links, an executive course inside City Park, 93 acres of landscaped ground beside the Elizabeth River's Western Branch, and it's the sister course to Bide-a-Wee.
There's a driving range and a practice green, and it's an easy place to bring kids who are learning the game. If golf doesn't grab them, the playground will.
The Links also has a FootGolf course certified by the American Foot Golf League. You kick a soccer ball toward the cup instead of swinging a club, and the course takes outings and group events.
Find the deals near you, plus GPS and a scorecard at 40,000+ courses.
Same pass, more courses close by.
