The par 3 course at Elson Redmond looks out on the downtown skyline. Lester George designed its six holes, and the greens are Champion Bermuda. Anyone can book a tee time; it's one of the facilities run by First Tee Greater Richmond.
For the short game there's a chipping green, a putting green and a practice bunker. The practice tee lets you hit off Latitude Bermuda grass, or from real-feel mats under the covered area, and there's an indoor Trackman bay too.
